Hotel Louisville is a social enterprise operated by Wayside Christian Mission, a nonprofit organization located at 120 West Broadway, Louisville, KY 40202. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit hotellouisville.org (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you use our website chat assistant, we may collect your email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it), and the contents of your chat conversation. If you call us or email us directly, we keep records of that correspondence.

Room and event bookings. Online room reservations are processed by Mews, a third-party booking provider. Information you enter during booking (such as your name, contact details, and payment information) is collected and processed by Mews under its own privacy policy. We receive reservation details necessary to provide your stay, but we do not store your full payment card information on our Site.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring website. This may be collected through cookies or similar technologies used by our website hosting platform and embedded services (such as the Google Maps feature on our contact page, which is subject to Google's privacy policy).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage room reservations and event bookings
• Provide and improve our chat assistant and answer your questions through it
• Send you information about Hotel Louisville, Cardinal Crossing Cafe, events, and the work of Wayside Christian Mission, where permitted

Email communications. If you provide your email address, we may send you occasional updates or promotional messages. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
