2. Room Reservations and Event Bookings
Online room reservations are processed through Mews, a third-party booking provider, and are subject to that provider's terms as well as our reservation, cancellation, and payment policies communicated at the time of booking. Event bookings are arranged directly with our staff. Rates, availability, and amenities described on the Site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a discrepancy between information on the Site and your booking confirmation, the booking confirmation controls.
3. Chat Assistant
The Site may offer a chat assistant powered by automated (AI) technology. The chat assistant is provided for general information and convenience only. Its responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, and they do not constitute a binding offer, reservation confirmation, or professional advice of any kind. Reservations are confirmed only through our booking system or by our staff. Please do not rely on the chat assistant for emergency assistance — in an emergency, call 911.
By using the chat assistant, you agree that your conversation may be recorded and reviewed as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you submit comments, inquiries, or other content through the Site (including the contact form or chat assistant), you grant us the right to use that content to respond to you and operate our business. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.
